E/M Coding Compliance

Coding and documentation requirements are complex and assuring compliance can be burdensome for physicians and staff. Physician practices are faced with an increasing number of third party audits making the need for compliance more important than ever.

Grand Management Group’s certified auditors and coders can help you take a proactive approach in ensuring coding and documentation compliance. We offer chart review services to identify inaccuracies in coding and documentation as well as bell curve analysis services. Identifying documentation weaknesses along with E/M data benchmarking allows your practice to determine educational needs and potential audit risks.
